The pannage is on family land at the back of the strand near Wellington Bridge. The studio (where the packing and shipping happens) is in the village itself. Both addresses below.
Stockists. The salt is carried by a small number of independent grocers in Ireland and the UK; the list updates twice a year as the harvest allows. The current list is sent to anyone who writes; it is not posted publicly because some stockists prefer to be approached directly.
Visiting the bay. The pans are working ground, not a visitor centre. We do not host walk-ins. By appointment, we welcome chefs and trade buyers between June and September. Please write first.
